Abstract

In the present work, a detailed modular design of the DRACS is completed, which is planned to remove 5% decay power of a 20 MWth FHR. This design limits the total height of the DRACS to 14 m. It is also feasible to use several such modules to satisfy the heat removal requirement for a larger capacity reactor.
