The VRST tool is designed to assist emergency management personnel in planning and responding to maritime emergencies. It allows users to create their own port network, track port infrastructure variables, and determine vessel suitability for cargo transfer. The tool comes pre-loaded with over 700 vessels and can be used offline. It provides data analysis and routing options, enabling quick decision-making in critical situations. The VRST helps track relevant information and can be utilized for tabletop exercises and emergency planning. Its capabilities enable faster response and efficient emergency relief efforts.
