Trends in the evolution of International Organization Development

Since the first publication of the Organization Development Journal in 1983, the emergence of internationally-focused articles has been a key feature in the diffusion of knowledge among readers. Throughout its 28-year span, approximately every issue published has contained research about the application and progress of International OD. With time, however, the presence of international articles has continued a rollercoaster-like trend (see Table 1). This article provides a glance into the impact of International OD over time as seen in the ODJ.
