Abstract
TMAP8, a MOOSE application, simplifies 0-1D scalar diffusion-reactive transport with its unique custom syntax. Catering to users in low-temperature plasma, fusion, and chemistry, the application provides an accessible entry point for those new to MOOSE. Its competitive advantage stems from its integration with MOOSE's mature multiphysics capabilities, allowing complex multiscale modeling in conjunction with other MOOSE applications. TMAP8's simple syntax, built on the robust foundation of libMesh and PETSc, enables rapid setup of diffusive-reactive and heat conduction models.
