Abstract

The TAP reactor provides data for transient studies of gas phase heterogeneous reactions. The Y-Procedure, developed by Yablonsky and colleagues, is used to extract information from this non-steady-state kinetic data without assuming a priori information on the kinetic model. The Y-Procedure code, written in R, provides functions for pre-processing, analyzing, and performing the Y-Procedure on TAP reactor experiments. The code includes a test data set and a GUI for easy use.
