N2 - With the development of new energy sources and the global energy interconnection, high-voltage direct current (HVDe) equipment has been used in worldwide. The HVDe gas-insulated bushing installed in the alpine region has the risk of low-temperature liquefaction of the gas, which seriously affects the safe and reliable operation of the power equipment. In this paper, the temperature distribution model of vertical, horizontal and inclined casings containing gas flow is established by the coupling method of temperature field and airflow field. The gas flow and temperature distribution inside the bushing are obtained. On this basis, the temperature distribution model of a vertical bushing with different heater power is studied, and the power of the heating belt is reasonably optimized. The operation power of the heating belt is reduced while ensuring that the gas does not liquefy. Improve the operational reliability of HVDe gas-insulated bushing in alpine regions.
