N2 - Golden Photon, Inc., of Golden, CO, has developed and refined a process for fabricating thin-film Cadmium Telluride based photovoltaic devices. Golden Photon has invested a considerable amount of effort in 1996 to implement processing improvements related to process scaling as part of PVMat. These processing improvements have brought about increases in both product stability and wattage, while other process improvements have resulted in a sizable increase in through process yields. This paper contains a summary of these activities and the gains made at Golden Photon, Inc., in 1996 for PVMat.
