N2 - Based on GST-on-silicon hybrid nanophotonic integrated circuits, we demonstrate a non-volatile reprogrammable platform, where we achieve all-optical quasi-continuous tuning of microring resonators with switching extinction ratio up to 33dB by controlling a pulsed laser.
