Abstract

Evaluates impacts on values stemming from increasing interest rates and high debt limits. Predicts a slow down in the housing market followed by a relaxation of lending standards and decreases in interest rates to prop up a slowing housing market. Fiscal policy emphasis using econometrics and system dynamics.
