Abstract
Expressions for the conversion between ABCD parameters and S parameters are derived without making assumptions as to the nature of the normalizing impedances. The resulting equations contain the port 1 normalizing impedance Z01, and the port 2 normalizing impedance Z02, and are valid even when these are complex. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
