This paper presents a summary of the following risk assessment research programs that are currently underway: confirmatory thermal-hydraulic analysis to support specific success criteria in NRC{\textquoteright}s Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) models; a system reliability study for the on-site electrical distribution systems in nuclear power plants; NRC{\textquoteright}s Level 3 Probabilistic Risk Assessment Study; and a research program to develop methods, tools, and guidance for digital instrumentation and control PRA.",
