Wenjuan (Wendy) is a Chemical Engineer with 7+ years of progressive experience at INL, from intern to postdoc to staff scientist. Proven leadership in research project management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Expertise in high-value chemical synthesis, CO2 capture/conversion, intermediate temperature hydrogen production, and battery interface optimization. Principal investigator on multiple INL funded and DOE direct funded projects, with 30+ peer-reviewed publications, including Nature, Nature Energy, Nature Synthesis, Nature Communications, and Advanced Functional Materials. Passionate about fostering teamwork, advancing research excellence, and driving impactful scientific solutions
