    Biography

    Dr. Volodymyr Buturlim is a researcher with over a 8 years of experience in Condensed matter physics. He holds a Ph.D. from Charles University. His current research focuses on elucidating the mechanisms underlying the giant magnetic anisotropy in actinide compounds.

     

    Research Interests

    Development of the fundamental understanding of the physics which rises in the 4f and 5f electron compounds for innovations in the field of energy production and storage. Exploration of the localized and delocalized 5-f electron systems. Investigation of the magnetism and transport properties of the compounds based on the f-electron elements, their crystal and electronic structures determination.
