Biography

Morgan Kropp is a vitrification and immobilization technology research engineer in the Pyrochemistry and Molten Salt Systems department. She received her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering in 2013 and her master’s in explosives engineering in 2020. Her research interests include used nuclear fuel immobilization and waste form development, including material characterization, properties, and performance, and thermophysical properties of molten salts.
